Im an artist living and working in Athens, Greece.

My aspirations for these paintings are for the viewer to sense the aura of the painting and for that to make them feel as though they are participating in the surroundings captured on canvas. The collections you can see on this site are created to reflect our surroundings, the colours and the seasons; the island and sea canvases are evoke images of summer days in Greece, when the smell of the heat and the jasmin seem to complement the images that I express on canvas. Being surrounded by such beautiful scenery has also stimulated the nature collection which is created from a warm and rich colour palette. I am more stimulated to create the city collection in the colder seasons which evoke images based on movement and energy.

All paintings sold on the Aliart site are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by artist. The certificates contain details about the piece of art such as the dimensions, media used, date of release and also an original, bespoke text, created by the artist for the specific piece which describes the sentiment that the painting is intended to capture. The certificate of authenticity is included in the displayed price of each canvas and is sent with the original piece of art to the buyer at no extra charge.
